This service enables you to apply for a possession certificate for a vehicle registered in the Dubai traffic system, issue a certificate to export a vehicle outside the UAE, or to transfer your vehicle from Dubai to another emirate. Then, your vehicle registration will be cancelled, rendering the vehicle not roadworthy.
For vehicles inspected in the GCC countries
Technical inspection certificate with a maximum validity of 30 days, stamped by the Licensing Authority
For vehicles inspected outside the GCC countries
Technical inspection certificate with a maximum validity of 30 days, stamped by the embassy in the UAE and ratified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE
